What It Is Used For
Saw palmetto is used mainly for urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland (also called benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH).
Saw palmetto is also used for other conditions, including chronic pelvic pain, bladder disorders, decreased sex drive, hair loss, and hormone imbalances.

How It Is Used
The ripe fruit of saw palmetto is used in several forms, including ground and dried fruit or whole berries. It is available as a liquid extract, tablets, capsules, and as an infusion or a tea.

What the Science Says
Several small studies suggest that saw palmetto may be effective for treating BPH symptoms. In 2006, a large study of 225 men with moderate-to-severe BPH found no improvement with 320 mg saw palmetto daily for 1 year versus placebo. NCCAM cofunded the study with the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
There is not enough scientific evidence to support the use of saw palmetto for reducing the size of an enlarged prostate or for any other conditions.
Saw palmetto does not appear to affect readings of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. PSA is protein produced by cells in the prostate. The PSA test is used to screen for prostate cancer and to monitor patients who have had prostate cancer.

Side Effects and Cautions
Saw palmetto may cause mild side effects, including stomach discomfort.
Some men using saw palmetto have reported side effects such as tender breasts and a decline in sexual desire.
Tell your health care providers about any complementary and alternative practices you use. Give them a full picture of what you do to manage your health. This will help ensure coordinated and safe care.

My finances have taken a turn for the worst. How will I make more money so I don't become destitute?

The answer be to get a second job or a better job...there be four opportunities there. One computers for customer service...will train. Two in a hospital as a home health aid aiding the nurses... three... in an office as a receptionist..four something to do with lots of papers and headaches..but I do nay see what field..feels like medical or lawyer. Grounding Technique

To begin, either stand with your feet filmy planted on natural earth, or just sit on your rump. While it can technically be done anywhere, I strongly recommend doing it outside on a natural surface like a patch of grass somewhere. It's a casual enough process that no one will be able to tell what you are doing, so your yard or a public park will do just fine as long as there is earth Calm your mind and adjust your breathing to a slower and deeper rate.

Visualize roots made of pure light extending from your feet or the base of your spine and extend these roots deep into the earth. When you go deep enough you should sense a large reservoir of raw energy.

With the roots dipped into this source, soak energy up by visualizing it being pulled through your tendrils and allow it flow back into your body.

Take in a good drink of energy as you inhale letting the light spread into every corner of your body. Do this every other inhalation until you feel your body is highly charged. Enjoy the buzz for a moment before sending the energy back down your roots and into the ground as you exhale. The idea behind this is that you are washing your body in pure energy that mixes with your old energy. Cycling the energy in and out of your body is to purify and dispel some of the old energy while refreshing invigorating your system with movement.

Continue the flow of incoming and outgoing energy. Saturating your body with fresh energy helps to dispel any negative vibrations in your system.

When you feel this process is complete, slowly pull the roots back into yourself dispersing their form as they reenter you. Remain still for a few moments longer and then continue on with your life refreshed and balanced.

If you feel heavily burdened by negativity, additionally visualize black or tainted energy being pushed down your roots into the earth below. See the negativity absorbed, overwhelmed, and then purified by the strong natural energies of the earth.

Take an additional pure energy to replenish that what you expelled.

7. The Law of Balance or Equipoise (fair exchange) This is elaboration and continuation of the law of equalities. The law of balance is a universal law that supersedes all of man's laws, creating stability for all third dimension manifestation. Each thought must be balanced by whomever creates it. This is divine wisdom. Allow all viewpoints without feeling you must defend your own. Allow no one to tell you what your journey must reflect or what your reality is. Do not give your power away so easily, but give your love unconditionally. Any messages communicated in love validates equality. Low self esteem is just as non productive as a puffed up sense of self esteem. They both deny equality. Another manifestation of the imbalance of this law is addiction.

8. The Law of Challenge We have the right to ask of another his or her intent, identity, and whatever pertinent information we feel we require when encountering a disembodied being. Those who come to us in the roll of information givers to channels don't mind being challenged. Ask the entity your questions three times (using the same words each time) and you will be given the correct information.

9. The Law of Chemical Affinity This law governs the soul aspect in the mineral kingdom. It concerns the marriage of the atoms, and the romance of the elements. It serves to perpetuate the life of the mineral kingdom and to preserve its integrity. It is the cause of the immetalisation of the Monad.

Call it Luck - Coincidences Are Fulfilling Your Intentions

A coincidence is an incident that happens with another incident. It can happen at the same time at the same place, same time but different place or same place but different time. It can even happen at a different time and different place but is related to the first event in some special way. Coincidences are incidents that correlate with each other across time and space. They are events in synchronization with a higher cause. That is why coincidences are synchronicities.

Everything that happens in the universe starts with intention. Events that happen separately and which do not directly cause each other are acausal events. But acausal events have a common cause which is intent. Intent is what creates and synchronizes those separate events to fulfill a common purpose that they are a part of. When you make a choice through intention, the universe takes care of the details necessary to fulfill the intention through synchronicities.

The Whole Universe Functions By Synchronicity

Every moment of our life operates in synchronicity. The only reason we do not experience synchronicity is that we are not in the state of awareness to notice it happening. Everything that is happening in every moment is happening together with everything else that is a part of fulfilling the intentions by which they were created from.

Everything in the universe exists as undefined energy until an observer focuses on it. It is consciousness alone that collapses the wave-particle. Without consciousness, everything would exist only as pure potential. There are infinite possibilities that need only intent to make real. In order to notice anything, you have to ignore everything else around it. It is observation that turns possibility into reality. We can truly create the magical life with consciousness alone.

Synchronicity is how God arranges situations for your desires to manifest. When you focus on your intent, the universe starts arranging the timeline of events to make it happen. Luck is simply the creation of coincidence for the fulfillment of your intentions. It is your intention that creates opportunities for you to fulfill it. When you realize that coincidences are opportunities created by intent, every coincidence becomes an opportunity for you to fulfill your very desires.

You have to be on the lookout for opportunities that will open up to grant your desire. Those opportunities do not happen by chance but they happen because they were created by your intent. Have you ever had a longing or intent to meet someone or do something, and the next moment a situation comes along for you to do so? An opportunity may present itself, but limiting thoughts that arise in the moment may stop you from taking it. You have to be aware of and resolve your limiting thoughts. When the opportunity shows up, do not hesitate, doubt or fear. Act on it.

Coincidences Call Our Attention to Important Things in our Lives

We can choose to ignore them and hurry on, or we can pay attention to them and live out the miracle that is waiting for us. When we miss the first message, the universe communicates it repeatedly through reoccurring events. We keep seeing, hearing or feeling the same thing over again until we get it. It might seem that the things you had been doing before you finally made the switch to do the right thing, may have been mistakes. But they are not really mistakes when you see it from the awareness that all those things had to happen in order for you to be brought to where you are. They were simply preparation for the change you were supposed to make.

The more you focus on coincidences, the more you attract coincidences into your life. Sometimes a coincidence may not give you the full meaning it signifies. But the more you focus on your intent to find out the meaning, the more such coincidences will occur and the more clearly their meaning comes into view. When that happens, your path to fulfillment emerges. The answer may also come as a sudden insight or a spontaneous revelatory experience. The key is to keep paying attention to your coincidences and inquire.

Coincidences Are Also Clues to the Will of the Universe

The more unlikely a coincidence is to happen, the more potent the clue and the more powerful a message it is about the path the universe has planned for you. Synchronicities are signs from heaven. The very fact that it is a coincidence means it is a message from God, and we must take heed, and then take action. Coincidences let you know which of your intentions are likely to be fulfilled. It is important never to ignore a coincidence because it is a chance to see what the universe has planned for you. When you pay attention to coincidences, they?ll accelerate, creating even more opportunities for you to become the person the universe intended you to be.

You intention is more powerful and effective when it serves a larger purpose. Intention works better when it takes into account the relationships that surround it. Your intention is more likely to manifest when it harmonizes with the collective intent of the people around you. You should have an intent that benefits at least one person other than yourself. When two shall agree, it shall be done according to the universe. When people are truly in tune with each other, they experience synchronicity in their relationship. They are connected spirit to spirit.

We are all Cocreators of Reality in the Universe

An intention can be only fulfilled through synchronicity if it is aligned with the intention of the universal mind. The universal intention is always evolutionary and therefore moving in the direction of harmonious interactions that serve the larger good. Every intent affects the intents of all other beings in the universe. The universal mind coordinates and synchronizes all intents and the events for their fulfillment. Every being might think that it is its own intent which is synchronizing the whole universe, but its intent actually originates from the universal mind. All the intents and events co-arises and co-creates each other. We are all cocreators of reality in the
universe.

When a person achieves a certain level of consciousness, whatever he or she intends begins to happen. There are people who are so connected to universal consciousness that their every intent manifests itself. The whole order of the universe orchestrates around it. Of course, it is not necessary true that their every personal intention is being met. People who are connected with universal consciousness adopt the intentions of the universe. Their intentions are being met because the universal mind is using their intentions to fulfill its own desires. When you live from the level of universal consciousness, all your desires will come true because they are not just your personal desires, but they are aligned with the desires of all that exist. That is why it is important to choose intentions that are aligned with the greatest good of all.

What draws you to psychic gifted individuals? Past experience, I have seen and spoke to my Grandfather who had died one year earlier. Also I can see spirits.

What is your favorite color? I can't say that I actually have a favorite color, I like many colors, Blue, Purple, Black depends on what I need the color for.

Do you have any psychic gifts yourself? No, can't say I do.

What type of music do you like? Basically all types except Rap, I can't say that I enjoy that.

Why did you become an HAR Host? After my Mother died a few months ago, I started coming into MysticAura's room and everyone was so wonderful and understanding, that I just fell in Love with everyone in there. All the HARs and HAHs are wonderful people.

Do you have any general life advise for our readers? Just Love and be Loved, Laugh and make someone Laugh, give Respect and be Respected, and don't let anyone tell you aren't worth the Air you Breathe. Like the old saying goes "God Don't Make No Junk" Words to live by
