Hello Everyone,

First, I'd like to wish everyone a wonderful Labor Day. I hope that you had some time to relax and enjoy family and friends on this extended weekend.

We at Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings have some wonderful news. We finally have a new Chat Room, which opened in early August. This new room is wonderful. It's easy to use and has wonderful features, such as floating the room off the webpage, copy & pasting, great smiles, and logging, among other things. And yes, no need for dots. ;-) Being a new chat room, all those that haven't already done so will have to register, even if you were registered for our old chat room. Please join us there, I know everyone is going to like it.

I've been discussing with HAR's webmaster, as well as with other members of HAR, about adding a section to our website dedicated strictly to Angles. On this special section of our site, we'll have angel pictures and videos, transcripts of our Angel presentations from our radio show (which are some of our highest listened to segments), poems, stories and confirmations, and much more. If anyone has anything they would like to contribute to this forthcoming new section of our website, please e-mail me at either HARMysticAura@aol.com or HARLinda@heavensangelsreadings.com. We're very excited about this new addition to our site, and know that everyone will enjoy it.

In the near future, we are hoping to add another new section to our site, which concerns the helping of those in need. The name of this division of HAR has yet to be determined, but it concerns helping missing persons and assisting in cold cases, among other things. Many of the staff at Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings have assisted in helping authorities in some way or another and we have been pondering how we can reach out to more agencies with assistance. This section will be a way for law enforcement to contact HAR if they're looking for assistance. There will be a special e-mail address for authorities so, we ask that if you're not with a legitimate agency, please rather than contacting us, contact an agency in your area. Thank you.

We're getting closer and closer to a phone-on-demand service of our very own. Right now, our phone-on-demand service is being sponsored by Keen. And once our own phone-on-demand service is up and running, all HAR, as well as forthcoming HAR affiliates, will be linked into this service. Our Angel Ecards system is now available for our guests to use to send ecards from. We have close to one hundred ecards for you to use from, some with animation. Each ecard has been custom designed just for HAR, by DSDesign2007@aol.com.

We have a new chat room software running on our web site. It is a java based chat room program.Some of our guests have reported problems in attemptting to gain access to the room. We have found that this is often due to using AOL's browser. If you have a problem, try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox to access our web site and chat rooms.

We'd like to remind you that we have full featured message boards attached to our web site. They are a great place to post questions, comments and start up conversations on your favorite topic.

Peppermint oil has been used for a variety of health conditions, including nausea, indigestion, and cold symptoms.
Peppermint oil is also used for headaches, muscle and nerve pain, and stomach and bowel conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.

How It Is Used
Essential oil of peppermint can be taken in very small doses in capsule or liquid forms. The essential oil can also be diluted with another oil and applied to the skin.

What the Science Says
Results from several studies suggest that peppermint oil may improve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.
A few studies have found that peppermint oil, in combination with caraway oil, may help relieve indigestion, but this evidence is preliminary.
Although there are some promising results, there is no clear-cut evidence to support the use of peppermint oil for other health conditions.

Side Effects and Cautions
Peppermint oil appears to be safe for most adults when used in small doses. Possible side effects include allergic reactions and heartburn.
Capsules containing peppermint oil are often coated to reduce the likelihood of heartburn. If they are taken at the same time as medicines such as antacids, this coating can break down more quickly and increase the risk of heartburn and nausea.
Tell your health care providers about any complementary and alternative practices you use. Give them a full picture of what you do to manage your health. This will help ensure coordinated and safe care.

Angels Amoung Us (part1) By HAHBlessedOne / Marie

The lyrics to a song written by Sharon Bee makes us wonder. Her wonderful website contributed to much of our presentation today, as she seems to share the ideas and concepts that we do. This song is entitled “Angels Everywhere”

Angels are everywhere, dancing on the rooftops
Like a rain falling on a summer's day
Angels are everywhere, dancing in my garden
Sunlight streaming through the leaves on the trees
Angels dancing, dancing on the summer's breeze
Angels laughing, laughing in the whispering trees

You just have to be
Butterfly flutters by, catches the wind by surprise

Angels are everywhere

The question as to whether Angels exist has been the subject of controversy since the dawn of mankind. Is there any concrete evidence? A belief in an, all-powerful Supreme Creator is a prerequisite to believing in Angels. Throughout history, Angels have been assigned many duties, including delivering messages from the Creator to protecting nations or people from harm and injury. The concept of Angels being there to protect us is a very comforting one, but, again, is there any actual basis for believing this?

A common description of an angel is a being of light which is often describes and fearful to see, due to their stature, power and purity. Most include wings, which would simplify the ability to travel between earth and heavens and halos.

Angels are believed to never die but possess superhuman and intelligence and powers, yet are not to be worshipped. An angel is an immortal being; limited in knowledge and power. These superior beings are very numerous.

Tales of Angel encounters from extremely different cultures and lifestyles appear to be remarkably similar. Many cases of "miraculous cures" have been attributed to visitations by Angels, along with many situations in which the attitudes of the person suddenly change drastically, though the basic life situation remains the same. Thus a life saving miracle or visitation from an angel has altered the way one thinks or believes. Angels do not always reveal themselves to everyone nor are they summoned on command. Their existence is a very personal thing that varies from the individual’s beliefs. The idea that angels do exist is something that happens in subtle ways, such as in dreams, déjà vu, coincidences, in intuitions, and the wonder of nature.

For those with no God or without spiritual beliefs, the existence of Angels is not possible. For the rest of us, all we need to do is open up spiritually and the answer will very likely come to us at an unexpected moment, maybe even in a dream.

The idea of Guardian Angels has been around since the beginning of man. and has been accepted by almost every religion. We have a tendency to believe that to believe that Guardian Angels are spiritual beings that are here to protect us and keep our best interests at heart, while not interfering with our free will, to make decisions for ourselves.

There are many theories as to what a Guardian Angel is, such as one sent by God to watch over and protect us. In many religions, Guardian Angels are not directly related to us, but rather are entities that have never lived human life. They are wise, pure, compassionate, and non-judgmental. They can guide, but cannot interfere with our free will. Since they are sent from our Creator, they live on a higher plane, can change into many forms and are assigned to us at birth. They are believed to see the good in us whether or not we believe in them or live pure lives, and they accompany us to our heavenly destination after death. Encountering one's Guardian Angel is a life-changing experience, and for those who have, their existence is a matter of pure faith with no other proof needed.

Some who have had encounters with Guardian Angels feel they have the distinct feeling of knowing their angel was not a stranger, but a recognizable deceased relative. This would be a wonderful theory on various levels, since it would imply that there is life after death and the ability to maintain relationships with our loved ones, after they have passed., exists There are also many stories of those perceiving a family member shielding them in auto or other accidents and warning them of impending danger. One thing is very evident, that we form strong bonds in our earthly existence that may very well carry us over to become Angels for our loved ones that remain after we die.

Literally millions of people talk to their Guardian Angel, many even call them by name. If someone is acting as your Guardian Angel, knowingly or unknowingly, you are already speaking with him or her without even realizing it. Even if you have never asked for help, you may get it anyway though insights and coincidences. The consensus of people believe that our Angels give us hunches and nudges. The word Angel means “messenger”, therefore if asking a question, be prepared to listen for an answer. This may come from anywhere, whether it is on a billboard, in a newspaper, on radio, on a bus or even on television.

Today many people look to angels for assistance or intervention during a crisis. A common description of modern day angels is found in countless stories of mysterious strangers who appear in times of need and offer assistance, a word or some type of help. During these experiences, the messenger or helper is indiscernible. as an angel, but appears as a loving kind human being. After providing assistance, they disappear as quickly as they appeared.

Not everyone "hears" angelic voices as an audible sound. Many people receive divine messages through nonverbal means such as visions, feelings, or a knowingness. Hearing the voice of an angel is called "clairaudience," which means "clear hearing." Their voice may sound like your own or it may sound different. The voice can come from within your body, within your mind, or sound as if it's outside your head. Angelic voices are consistently loving and supportive, even when they warn us of impending dangers or wrong turns.

Angelic voices, in contrast, patiently repeat the guidance to us day after day, until we finally follow it. You may hear your angels tell you for years that you would be a great healer or author, for example. Or your angels may repeatedly ask you to take better care of your body. You know that guidance comes from angels when it is loving, focused, not hurtful to you or your family, and consistent.

An example of this is revealed in the following verse that was found by an unknown author.

Angels Unaware It was a rainy night in New Orleans At a bus station in the town, I watched a young girl weeping as her baggage was taken down. It seems she'd lost her ticket Changing buses in the night. She begged them not to leave her there with no sign of help in sight. The bus driver had a face of stone and his heart was surely the same."Losing your ticket's like losing cash money" he said, and left her in the rain.

Then an old Indian man stood up and blocked the driver's way and would not let him pass before he said what he had to say."How can you leave that girl out there? Have you no God to fear? You know she had a ticket. You can't just leave her here. You can't put her out in a city where she doesn't have a friend. You will meet your schedule, but she might meet her end." The driver showed no sign that he'd heard or even cared about the young girl's problem or how her travels fared. So the old gentleman said ,"For her fare I'll pay. I'll give her a little money to help her on her way." He went and bought the ticket and helped her to her place and helped her put her baggage In the overhead luggage space. "How can I repay," she said,"the kindness you've shown tonight? We're strangers who won't meet again. A mere ' 'thank you ' doesn't seem right." He said, "What goes around comes around. This I've learned with time - What you give, you always get back. What you sow, you reap in kind. Always be helpful to others and give what you can spare; for by being kind to strangers, we help angels unaware."

Loaf Pam Sticky Buns From HAR Tim

24 frozen rolls (Rhodes,is the name brand I used)
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 cup brown sugar
T. cinnamon
1st. melted oleo or butter

Combine the dry ingredients
Spray or grease 2 loaf pans
Sprinkle dry ingredients evenly over both pans
Drizzle oleo or butter evenly over top.
Cover with a dry cloth,let rise overnight on counter.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 min's the nest morning
Invert onto a plate.
Serve with coffee or tea.............and enjoy the sticky buns

Laws of the Universe

10. The Law of Cohesion One of the seven laws of our solar system, under the three major laws. On the second plane cohesion is first apparent. It is the first molecular plane of the system, and is the home of the Monad. Divine coherency is demonstrated.

11. The Law of Color All colors are centers of attraction, and are complementary or are antipathetic to each other. Color is healing and impacts the physical, emotional, mental and human body profoundly. Man is partially composed of color in the aura (we are color, tone, symbols and speed of vibration, or light). When intense rays of one or more colors are sent to a specific area of the body, change results.

12. The Law of Common Ground This is viewed as a problem solving approach and is an area where two or more can gather to blend differences. It demands that the area be cleansed of previous energy left by others who historically have passed through, or lived on the spot. This is done by two or more sending loving energy to the area for a specified period of time. Cage the area with a gold net and it will stay cleansed of other's energy. You will leave your energy, but that can be cleansed once you have used this space and are leaving.

We pray for an end to cruelty,
whether to humans or other animals,
for an end to bullying, and torture in all its forms.
We pray that we may learn the peace that comes with forgiving
and the strength we gain in loving;
that we may learn to take nothing for granted in this life;
that we may learn to see and understand with our hearts;
that we may learn to rejoice in our being.

We pray for these things with humility;
We pray because of the hope that is within us,
and because of a faith in the ultimate triumph of the human spirit;
We pray because of our love for Creation, and because of our trust in God.
