Age Requirement and Services Provided Policy

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Readers do not provide legal, paternity, or lottery readings. On a rare occasion, our Readers may mention a medical condition; however, you will then be advised to contact your health care provider for proper care and diagnosis. Our Readers will not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Readers will not knowingly provide any form of readings to any individual under the age of 18. Our services are meant for adults, 18 years of age and older.

These limitations are strictly enforced. If you observe one of our Readers violating these policies, we encourage you send us a log of the violation to feedback@heavensangelsreadings.com. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings prides itself on hiring Readers of quality character. However, if a Reader is found to have violated our policies, steps will be taken to avoid future occurrences. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings accepts no liability for violations.

Ordering a Reading or Service

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings is staffed by highly gifted, caring, and ethical Readers, who wish to provide you the answers you need to overcome the issues surrounding your situation. Our readings and other services can be delivered in several formats - Private Chat Room, E-mail, Telephone, or Instant Messenger. Please review the Reader's individual page to see which methods the Reader's provide.

Paying For a Reading or Service

Unless an arrangement has been made with you Reader, all services must be paid in full, via the shopping cart on our website, prior to services being rendered. Delayed payments for services that are provided in an immediate appointment must also be made via the shopping cart on our website.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings prides itself on your privacy and security. At no time is any of your personal information that you provide during the checkout procedure (name, address, phone number, etc) are stored on our website. All payments are processed through PayPal, which encrypts all your information. If at any time you are hesitant about using our shopping cart, please do not hesitate to contact us at: sales@heavensangelsreadings.com to obtain instructions on providing a manual payment to us via your PayPal account.

PayPal allows you to pay for your order without the need of a PayPal account. The following methods of payment are supported by PayPal: all major credit and debit cards, e-check, and checking or savings account direct debit. E-check payments must be fully cleared before your Reader will fulfill your order. There will be no exception to this policy.

If you require an immediate reading between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. [eastern standard time], it will be honored only by available readers. There will be no guarantee that the Reader of your choice will be available during those hours. Thusly, we will try to accommodate your need with one of our available Readers. Please be aware that many of our Readers have families and other obligations and are not able to work late-night hours.

Receiving Your Reading or Service

Private Chat Room Readings
If the reading or service you have ordered is to be conducted in a Private Chat Room, your Reader will contact you within 24 hours, once your payment has been confirmed, to schedule a day and time with you. Private Chat Room readings are done in our on-site chat room system. Registration is required to use our chat room system, which is very easy and free to do. If you have already registered for our chat services, you can use the same login details for your scheduled appointment.

Instant Messenger Readings
If the reading or service you have ordered is to be conducted via Instant Messenger, your Reader will contact you within 24 hours, once your payment has been confirmed, to schedule a day and time with you. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings uses MSN's Windows Live Messenger. If you do not already have MSN Messenger, please go here to obtain the program [link opens in a new window].

Please note that while our Readers use MSN's Windows Live Messenger, they may also have other instant messenger programs such as AOL, ICQ, Yahoo, or others. If you wish to use one of these other instant messenger programs, please contact your Reader to see which ones they may have available to use. However, our Readers are not required to install any software or programs in order to provide readings and services to our clients.

E-mail Readings
If the reading or service you have ordered is to be conducted via E-mail, your Reader will contact you within 24 hours, once your payment has been confirmed, to obtain your questions for the reading. After you have sent in your questions, please allow 24 hours for your Reader to send your reading to you via e-mail. Please add your Reader's e-mail address to your e-mail account's whitelist, or approval list, to assure you will receive your Reader's e-mail and it not get blocked or sent to your e-mail account's spam folder.

Please note that Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings can not be held responsible for delivery failure of e-mails or e-mail servers blocking our emails. If such an event occurs, we will try to work with you on this matter. However, payment(s) will not be refunded if you cancel your order due to e-mail delivery issues.

Telephone by Appointment Readings
If the reading or service you have ordered is to be conducted via Telephone, your Reader will contact you within 24 hours, once your payment has been confirmed, to contact you to make arrangements to call you. You will need to provide your Reader with your complete telephone number. Please provide the phone number to a telephone that gives the best and most stable connection. This is to avoid dropped calls and poor reception so that you can have the most problem-free reading possible.

Not every Reader provides readings and services via Telephone, so please review your preferred Reader's individual page to see if this service is offered. Please note that our Readers do block their phone numbers from being shown on Caller ID services for privacy reasons. You will need to ensure that your telephone system and service accepts blocked called in order to receive your reading. If you do not adjust the necessary settings to receive your Reader's phone call, it will be considered a missed call/appointment. Missed appointments are not refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

At present, our On-Demand Telephone Readings are provide through Keen.com, which provides you your readings and other services at the time of your order. Please review your preferred Reader's individual page to see if this service is offered as not all our Reader's provide On-Demand Telephone Readings. Look for the telephone icon on the Reader's individual page which will link you to the Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings page on Keen.com to see which Reader is available to provide your reading [link opens in a new window]. You will need to create an account at Keen.com in order to use this service. When using this service, all of Keen.com's policies apply, including their refund policy.

Information on the 24 hour time
Please feel free to contact your preferred Reader via e-mail or instant messenger to arrange an immediate reading if they are available, prior to placing your order. Once the details have been arranged and your Reader has confirmed receipt of your payment, you will receive the reading or service.

Missed Appointments
No refunds will be given in the event you miss a scheduled appointment with your Reader. Your appointment will also be permanently cancelled. If your Reader decides to reschedule your appointment, you will contacted to arrange the details.

A missed appointment means being fifteen (15) or more minutes late to the scheduled appointment. Please make sure you understand your Reader's time zone.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Refund Policy

Refunds for E-mail Readings
We will work with you in the event that there is a delivery failure of e-mail due to internet downtime or e-mail server filters blocking e-mails. However, Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings can not be, and will not, be held responsible for the delivery failure of e-mails or the blocking of e-mails by e-mail server filters. No refunds will be given if you cancel your order due to the disappointment of not receiving or sending e-mails. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings keeps records of all e-mails sent and received with provides time and date stamped information in each e-mail.

Refunds for Scheduled Appointments
No refunds will be given if you miss a schedule appointment with your Reader. Missing a schedule appointment with your Reader will also result in the cancellation of your appointment. Additionally, it is up to the Reader's discretion to reschedule said appointment, which must then take place within three (3) calendar days.

Refunds for Telephone Readings by Appointment
No refunds will be given for missed telephone reading appointments. No refunds will be given due to the inability to receive block phone calls, as our Readers block their telephone numbers for privacy. Please adjust your telephone settings accordingly to assure you receive your Reader's phone call. Your inability or refusal to allow your Reader's phone call to come through will result in you missing your scheduled appointment.

Refunds for On-Demand Telephone Readings
Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings uses Keen.com for our On-Demand Telephone Readings services. Thusly, any refunds for this service will be provided through Keen.com. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings has no control of Keen's refund policy or precedure. We are also bound by the Terms and Conditions of our Group contract with Keen.com which results in no refunds being given for this service. There are no exceptions.

Refunds for Chat Room or Instant Messenger Readings
No refunds will be given for missed chat room or instant messenger appointments. If you refuse to create an account in our on-site chat room program or at AOL for our AOL chat room, or you refuse to install MSN Messesnger, then your refusal will be considered a missed appointment.

Refunds due to Age Restriction
Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Readers will not knowingly provide any form of readings to any individual under the age of 18. Our services are meant for adults, 18 years of age and older. This policy is strictly enforced. If any client is suspected and/or found to be under 18 years of age, their paid service will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Additionally, no refund will be issued if a minor successfully fakes being an adult and uses a parent's credit card (or other payment method) to obtain a reading or service. There will be no exception to this.

General Refunds
Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings strives to provide excellent customer service to its clients and guests and will work to resolve reasonable and justifiable disputes. With that said, we generally do not provide refunds for our readings and services. This is mainly due to the high rate of fraudulent practices engaged in by consumers in our industry of business. We work with our business affiliates to reduce and prevent the number of fraudulent complaints and charge-backs made by unscrupulous consumers. Such fraudulent practices included, but are not limited to:

• Provide false information to the Reader, such as age, gender, life circumstance, and other information important for the reading or service.
• Purchase a reading or service, then find a better rate and cancel our reading or service.
• Claim fraud as a result of not liking the information your Reader provides. Our Readers are not providing readings and services that only result in the good. Life does not work that way. You are provided information, good and/or bad, that will help you overcome issues surrounding your situation and help you to overcome them.
• Deny the reading or services being provided and then claim you did not receive the 'product' you have paid for. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings keeps records of all e-mail and instant messenger correspondences to provide evidence of the receipt of reading or service, or the attempt at providing the reading or service.
• The continous rescheduling and/or missing of scheduled appointments.

A copy of Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings' Policies and Procedures, Terms of Service, and Dispute Resolution procedure have been submitted and are held on file with PayPal.

Receiving a Free Mini-Reading

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings provides a service that is unique to the industry - free mini psychic readings. This service provides an opportunity for you to learn more about our services and understand how the method of receiving readings work. Free mini readings in our public chat rooms also allows the public not only to meet our Readers, but to also observe and evaluate their abilities and reading styles prior to making the committment of a purchase. Free mini psychic readings are always done in public.

To see when our chat rooms are open and your preferred Reader is available for a free mini reading, please visit our Chat Room Schedule page for days and times [link opens in a new window].

We hold free mini readings in our on-site chat room on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Registering for an account is extremely easy and free. Please click here to register: On-site Chat Room and Registration [link opens in a new window].

We hold free mini readings in our AOL chat room on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you are an AOL user, please find us by visiting the Chat Listings in AOL: Member Created Rooms > Life section. You will find our room among the list of available rooms. Just look for our name!

Please understand that our free mini readings are independent of purchased private readings. One does not obligate, nor entitle, you to the other. Not all those present in our chat rooms during free mini readings will receive one. Receiving a free mini psychic reading is a result of a many factors, including the number of guests in the room at that time and if our Readers are drawn to you. Free mini psychic readings are done at random and last approximately five (5) to seven (7) minutes. Please note that free mini psychic readings are samples only. If you feel the Reader has a strong connection to you and that more information can be obtained, we encourage you to visit that Reader's individual page to purchase a private in-depth reading or service.

All of Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols mentioned in our chat rooms, will apply for free mini psychic readings. AOL's Terms of Service applies to all visitors to our Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings AOL chat room.

Our Public and Private Chat Room Guidelines

Below are listed the guidelines (protocols) that are requested and enforced while in our public and private on-site and AOL chat rooms. If you violate any of these guidelines, you will be booted from the chat room. If you continue to violate any of these guidelines, you will be permanently banned from the chat system. We provide our chat rooms not only for free mini psychic readings, but also as a peaceful sanctuary from the grind of every day life so that you may socialize and chat about spirituality and other related topics without fear of ridicule or prejudice.

• Treat your fellow chat room users with respect and courtesy. Do not be disruptive or rude. What may be obvious to you may not be to the person receiving the reading. Be compassionate about their situation.
• While a reading is in process, please do not talk or make comments in the room. This can distract the Reader's concentration and make it hard for the receiving guest to follow the reading. Upon entering the room, please remain quiet until you are certain no reading is in progress. Only then may you greet fellow guests.
• Persistant 'bugging' of our Readers and Hosts for a reading will only ensure that you will not receive one. Only on rare occasions will the request for a reading take precedence over the format of randomly choosing guests for a reading.
• We will not provide readings to any guest under the age of 18. There is no exception to this policy.
• We do not provide paternity, legal, or lottery readings.
• While a Reader may mention a medical event in passing, medical readings themselves are only done in private.
• Do not instant message (IM) or private message (PM) any of our Readers, Hosts, or guests in the room to ask for a reading.
• Please instant message (IM) or private message (PM) the Guest Host (HAH) if you have a question about the usage of the chat room, policies, procedures, or if you receiving unsolicited instant or private messages.
• Please take all chat to instant messenger (IM) or private message (PM) so as to not interrupt any readings in progress.
• If the Reader asks you a question, please provide a simple, clear, short, and to the point answer. Please do not provide the Reader with extra information ("feeding the Reader") as that may result in the disruption of their concentration and may invalidate the information the Reader may say.
• As you are receiving your reading, please do not remain completely silent. Simple answers, such as "yes", "no", or "I understand" allows the Reader to know they are still connected to you. It also allows the Reader and Hosts to know you are still connected to the chat session (that you have not froze or have been disconnected from the internet).
• Please - do not "test" the Reader. We are a group of dedicated, sincere, and caring individuals, both HAR staff and our guests. We do not appreciate 'mind games'. You will be booted and banned from our chat system if it is found that you are engaging in such practices.
• No chat room guest is allowed to read others in our chat rooms without the express permission of a Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings staff member.
• The solicitation of business in our chat rooms, be that of psychic services, online stores, or other services, is expressly prohibited without the express permission of the owner of Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Privacy Policy

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings understands the needs of our guests and clients when it comes to privacy. During a reading, a guest or client will be providing sensitive and personal information. Please be assured that such information will be kept completely and strictly confidential as set forth in the policies in each Reader's contract of employment with Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings. Records of readings are only kept for the sole purpose of resolving disputes and other business processes. You will receive a transcript (log) of your private reading. However, t no time will that transcript of your private reading be saved, as it will be deleted from the Reader's hard drive.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings will, at no time, ever sell, rent, or share a client's personal information with any group, individual, agency, company, or any other third party entity, regardless of the reason. Please see the next paragraph for the only exception to this policy.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does reserve the right to release all client information to law enforcement agencies, once supoenaed, in order to comply with all Federal, State, and Local law. Additionally, Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings reserves the right to release all client information to law enforcement agences for the purpose to report fraud, suspected fraud, theft, suspected theft, the fraudulent or suspected fraudulent practice of identify theft, or the fraudulent use of this website. All client information includes: contact information, ordering information, and any other information stores in legitimate business records.

Definition of Terms used within this document

HAR - Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings.

Reader - Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings Psychic Reader.

We, Us, Our - Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings, company and/or staff.

Client, Consumer, Guest, Visitor, You - Any visitor to our website, user of our chat room program, or consumer of our readings services.

Reading - A psychic reading given by a Reader with special gifts, such as (but not limited to): mediumship, clairvoyancing, or intuitiveness.

Service (or Other Service) - A purchase other than a Reading, such as Healing or Spiritual Counseling.

Legal Reading - A reading in which legal matters are discussed, and advice is given. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does not provide legal readings and will advise the client to seek professional advice concerning this matter.

Paternity Reading - A reading in which questions about paternity are asked. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does not provide paternity readings and will advise the client to seek professional advice concerning this matter.

Medical Reading - A reading in which a Reader is able to detect, through the use of his or her abilities, possible medical anomalies with a body. While Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does not encourage medical readings, some things might be mentioned in passing and thusly will advice the client to seek professional advice concerning this matter. However, we will not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Immediate Availability - The availability of any HAR Reader that will allow them provide services within an hour after being requested.

Available Reader - A HAR Reader who is immediately available to provide services.

Chat Room or Private Chat Room Reading - A reading (or service) that is conducted in any of our public or private chat rooms.

Instant Messenger Reading - A reading (or service) that is conducted through the use of a instant messenger program, such as MSN Messenger, AOL Messenger, or Yahoo Messenger.

Email Reading - A reading provided by means of e-mail.

Telephone by Appointment Reading - A reading or service provided by means of telephone by which the Reader calls the client at a scheduled time.

Telephone On-Demand Reading - A reading or service immediately provided by means of telephone through our affiliate, Keen.com.

Free Mini (Psychic) Reading - A five (5) to seven (7) minute sample psychic reading conducted free of charge in a public chat room, which provides the public the opportunity to see and evaluate our Readers' abilities before committing to purchasing a reading or service.

Reader Page - The Readers' Page is a website page where visitors can view of all the HAR Readers, their abilities, and their service offered.

Reader Profile, Reader Order Page, Reader Individual Page - The Readers Individual (or Profile or Order) Page is a website page where visitors can read a detailed profile about the Reader, read about the readings and services offered by the Reader, and can order a reading or service.

Chat Room Guidelines (Protocol) - The rules that all must observe in order to participate in our on-site chat room or AOL public chat room. All guests, clients, and HAR staff must comply with these rules.

Legal Information (Limitation of Liability)

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings staff members are very serious when it comes to be being Psychics and Spiritual Counselors. We understand the mindset of our clients and deeply care about the impact we have on those who comes to us for help. Because of this, we do not pretend to be psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, doctors, or other health care practitioners and do not dispense such information. Please see your health care practitioner to diagnosis and treat any health concerns.

By receiving paid and/or free readings and/or services from Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings, you acknowledge and agree that Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings and its staff members neither claim nor accept any liability for decisions you make as a result of said readings and/or services you have received. This includes any inaccurate readings and/or services Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings may provide as a result of any information you provide to your Reader. Because there is no governing body, agency, or licensing board for our industry, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all liability and responsibility for any result that may occur from your choices and actions made after you have received your reading and/or service from Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings staff members are under contract to follow all policies as put forth by Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings. Should you experience a violation of any policy by any of our staff members, we encourage you to contact us as feedback@heavensangelsreadings.com with all necessary documention, including a log of any online communication(s) between your Reader and yourself. Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings will not continue the employment of any staff member who is found to be in violation of any of our policies. Please note that Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings accepts no liability for any violations, whether they are reported or not.

Please note the following points:

• Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does not knowingly provide readings and/or other services to any persons under the age of 18.
• Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings does not provide paternity, legal, or lottery readings.
• Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings provide medical readings on an extremely limited basis. If you receive mention of a health concern during your reading or service, your Reader will direct you to your health care practitioner, as we do not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Heaven's Angels Spiritual Readings reserves the right to alter this Terms of Service statement at any time and without prior notice.
